Greenacres Pedestrian Safety
The Village of Scarsdale is seeking feedback from Greenacres residents regarding a potential traffic and pedestrian safety improvement on Sage Terrace, between Brewster Road and Putnam Road. In response to concerns about pedestrian safety, the Village is considering converting this section from a two-way street to a one-way street. Community input is important to help evaluate the potential impacts and guide next steps. Please consider sharing your views by completing the form at scarsdale/gov/GNA.
It Ends With Us: A Film Discussion
Join Scarsdale Safe Coalition and its partners on April 30th at 7 PM at the Scarsdale Public Library for their spring program, "It Ends With Us: A Film Discussion." Led by Youth Outreach Workers from SFCS, the discussion will include the film's representation of domestic violence and whether it accurately portrays the complexities involved. A live stream option is available for those who cannot attend in person. This event is open to all Scarsdale residents aged 13 and older. Register at https://www.scarsdalelibrary.org. For more information, reach out to SAFE Coalition Coordinator Millie Chatelain, LMHC, at mchatelain@sfcsinc.org.
